Partner terms

1. Parties and service

This agreement is between Beautify Technologies OÜ (registry code [registry code], [address]; Beautify) and the business that creates a partner account (Partner). Beautify lets the Partner publish a business profile in the beautify.ee directory. Beautify doesn't broker bookings or payments and isn't party to any contract between the Partner and its clients.

The Partner confirms it acts in a business or professional capacity and may represent the business.

2. Account

• Keep your password secret. You're responsible for actions taken with your account.
• Your email must be confirmed. Unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 7 days.

3. Profile content

The Partner is responsible for its profile and confirms it is:

• true, current and not misleading, including prices and offer terms;
• lawful: services requiring a licence or qualification are provided in compliance with the law;
• the Partner's to use: it holds the rights to photos and texts, and people in photos agree to publication;
• free of clients' personal data (names, health data, photos without consent).

For the term of the agreement, the Partner grants Beautify a free, non-exclusive licence to show the profile on Beautify, in search engines and in Beautify's marketing (with attribution).

4. Review and moderation

Every new profile is reviewed before publication. After the first approval, edits go live instantly. Beautify may reject, hide or remove a profile that breaches these terms or the law, following a substantiated notice of illegal content, or if the business no longer operates. The Partner then receives a statement of reasons (DSA Art. 17, P2B Regulation Art. 4). Appeals are free — just reply to that email and a person will review it. The Partner may also use out-of-court dispute settlement or the courts.

5. Plans and prices

• Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added as required by law; the reverse charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number.
• The Partner orders a paid plan in the dashboard. Beautify issues an invoice, payable within 14 days. The plan goes live once paid and runs to the end of the paid period.
• No automatic card charges: we send a new invoice before the period ends. If unpaid, the plan drops to Start. Content over the limit (photos, offers) is hidden, not deleted.
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and apply from the next billing period.
• Paid periods aren't refunded unless Beautify materially breaches the agreement or discontinues the service.

6. Ranking

Ranking parameters are in the terms of use. The only paid advantage is Premium's “Featured” placement, always labelled for visitors.

7. Data protection

Beautify is the controller of the Partner's account and profile data (see privacy). When dealing with clients (phone, email, booking), the Partner is the controller. Beautify shares no visitor personal data with the Partner; statistics are aggregate.

8. Termination

The Partner may terminate any time by deleting the account in the dashboard. Beautify may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach, with reasons. On termination the profile and photos are deleted; invoices are kept for 7 years.

9. Liability

Beautify doesn't guarantee a number of clients or uninterrupted service but makes reasonable efforts to keep it running. Beautify's liability is limited to fees paid by the Partner in the last 12 months, except for intent or gross negligence. The Partner indemnifies Beautify for damage caused by unlawful content in its profile.

10. Changes and law

We email changes to these terms at least 15 days ahead (P2B Regulation Art. 3). If the Partner disagrees, it may terminate before the change takes effect. Estonian law applies; disputes go to Harju County Court.
