Terms of use
Effective 25 September 2026
1. What Beautify is
Beautify (beautify.ee) is a directory of beauty and wellness services, run by Beautify Technologies OÜ (registry code [registry code], [address], info@beautify.ee).
Beautify neither provides nor brokers services. We take no bookings and no payments. You contract directly with the salon, which is responsible for the service, price and quality.
2. Accuracy
Salons enter their own details. We review every new salon before it goes live but can't guarantee everything is always current. Confirm price and time with the salon before you go. Spotted a mistake? Tell us.
3. How we rank
Under the Platform-to-Business Regulation (EU 2019/1150) and consumer law, the main ranking parameters are:
- Featured. Premium partners appear on the home page and first in “Recommended”. They're always labelled “Featured” and ordered randomly among themselves.
- Relevance. Salons matching your search (name, services) rank higher.
- Distance. “Near me” sorts by distance, calculated only on your device.
- Profile completeness. Photos, description, number of services and contacts.
- Ties are shuffled randomly, once a day.
The Pro plan doesn't affect ranking. No other position can be bought. You can also sort by “Nearest”, “Lowest price” or “A–Z”.
4. Offers
Offers are published by salons. They must be genuine, with clear terms. You redeem them at the salon.
5. Not allowed
Bulk scraping, disrupting the site, or using salon contacts for spam.
6. Reporting illegal content
Every salon page has a “Report” link. You can also email report@beautify.ee. We handle notices in a timely, diligent and objective way and tell you the outcome. If we restrict a listing, the partner gets a statement of reasons and a way to appeal. DSA point of contact for authorities and users: info@beautify.ee (Estonian and English).
7. Liability
We're liable for our website to the extent the law requires. We're not liable for a salon's services. These terms don't limit your statutory consumer rights.
8. Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. We prefer to settle disputes by talking. Consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or the consumer dispute body in their own country. Mandatory consumer rights in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
